Ghana Black Stars midfielder, Mubarak Wakaso has stated that the team is confident of stopping Tunisia on Monday(today) in the Africa Cup of Nations round of 16, Cornerstonenewsng.comlearns.
Hard working midfielder who has produced sterling performances for the Black Stars including his Man of the Match feat against Cameroon is optimistic that Ghana will scale through to the next stage of the competition.
In his words:
“We’re moving match after match. We’re still looking forward to putting people on point that we can make it. Our style of play will not change. We’ll do more than what we’ve done,” Mubarak Wakaso told Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM.
“We’re here (in Egypt) to stop every team. We’re determined to stop them (Tunisia) and move forward. Insha Allah, we’ll beat them,” he ended.
