Aribo stars in Rangers’ huge win over Hearts

Joe Aribo was in action for Rangers in their 5-0 thrashing of Hearts in a Scottish Premiership fixture at the Ibrox Stadium on Sunday.

The Super Eagles star was impressive as the Gers stretched their unbeaten run in the Scottish top-flight to eleven games on Sunday.


The 23-year oldset up Ryan Kent to double the hosts’ lead in the 37th minute after Alfredo Morelos’ 11th-minute opener.


A second-half brace from Greig Stewart and Christophe Berra’s own goal secured maximum points win for Steven Gerrard’s side.


The Nigeria international had a decent outing, played the duration of the match and would be disappointed to enter into the referee’s booking the 45th minute.


The former Charlton Athletic midfielder will hope to make his 13th league appearance when his side face Aberdeen in their next outing on Wednesday.
