Stiven Mendoza fired the host ahead inside the opening 2 minutes at Stade de la Licorne.
But their lead only lasted 6 minutes as Yacine Adli leveled and completed the come back with his second of the night in additional time of the first-half.
It was a dominating first-half and second for the visitors and that dominance paid off once again as Kalu netted with 17 minutes left to play.
His Nigerian compatriot, Josh Maja was handed a cameo, coming on in added time of regulation time.
