The possibility of a deadline day move for Samuel Chukwueze seems highly unlikely, but the 23 year-old has been linked with Premier League club, Everton.
Chukwueze has most recently been linked with possible interests from Liverpool and Arsenal, but Villarreal received no offers for the Nigeria International.
FL has gathered, though, that Everton could be studying the Winger’s situation in Spain and could inquire for his availability – even for a loan option at the most.
Under the guidance of Villarreal Manager, Unai Emery, the Youngster has enjoyed some development, but the slow pace has seen him go from a starter to a role off the bench.
The player has one season left on his current deal as it runs out in June 2024, however, Villarreal could look to extend his contract – to secure his value – even if they he is moved on in the future.
