Coach of Nigeria’s men basketball team Alex Nwora has revealed he is been faced with a little dilemma in the area of team selection with 15 players on ground and 12 needed to make up the final squad
Nwora speaking in a chat gathered by www.brila.net said the 15 that has lasted this long have all shown they deserve to be included in the final roster from the initial pool of 44 players that started the camping exercise in the team’s USA Buffalo camp.
Nwora said he is still trying to figure out the best that will make the final 12.
“The players that are here now have lasted this long, are the players that I think can help us put up a good fight at the world cup.
These were gotten from all the 44 people that were invited, they cannot all play for Nigeria at the same time. Unfortunately, we got to go with the best 12 and we’re still trying to figure out the best 12 we can put on the floor.”
