In under two weeks Manu Garba and Nduka Ugbade will have a team good enough to wear the national colors and carry on the tradition of Nigeria’s domination in the U17 boys football on the continent.
Nigeria is bidding to reach the 2019 Africa U17 Cup of Nations but must dominate the WAFU B Zone in the qualifying tournament later this year.
The Eaglets failed to reach the last edition of the tournament, but in a chat with Cornerstonenewsng.comassistant Coach Nduka Ugbade assured the team will be 60% ready in the next 10 days.
Benin, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Niger, Nigeria, Togo are the participating teams in the qualifiers.
