With no date for the new Women’s Premier Basketball League season and the uncertainty of its commencement before mid-year, league champions First Bank BC aren’t relenting.
In a chat with brila.net Elephant Girls Point guard Joy Ebiega said the team had used the long break period to perfect the strategy of new Coach Lateef Erinfolami, and bond better.
‘We’re not sure when the league will commence; next month or after the world cup, nobody knows.
‘ But weren’t relenting and for the most part, we keep practicing and working hard with our new coach, who is trying to pass along his own ideology and everything is going well.’
