NPFL legend and player advisor, Victor Ezeji has called on the League Management Company, LMC, to improve the area of security ahead of the new season, especially for the referees, as they stand the risk of dancing to the tune of clubs whose fans threaten to beat them up and wound them.
Speaking with brila.net, Ezeji also called on clubs in the league to ensure they educate their fans on the seriousness of causing problems, while calling for sanctions and punishments for erring clubs to be more intense so as to caution other club sides.
