Cristiano Ronaldo may be one of the greatest athletes in the world but he still needs help every now and then, and on this occasion he turned to former Nigerian Sprint star Francis Obikwelu, as he begins pre season early.
Obikwelu, who switched his nationality to Portuguese almost two decades ago, is a multiple European champion in the 60, 100 and 200 metres.
In the short clip posted on instagram by Cristiano Ronaldo, the duo worked on the Seleção captain’s dash from the starting block.

Cristiano, 34, inspired Juventus to another Serie A title last season, before leading Portugal to the UEFA Nations League trophy in June.
The 2019/20 season will be very crucial for the Portuguese star as he will be aiming to win the Champions League with Juventus as well as qualify for the European Championship.
