Super Eagles Goalkeeper trainer Alloy Agu has heaped praise on Daniel Akpeyi for putting up a Superb showing in the goalless draw with the cranes of Uganda in Asaba on Tuesday.
Agu has expressed satisfaction with the Goalkeeper’s showing following the 0-0 draw between Nigeria and Uganda in last night’s international friendly.
Speaking on the result, Agu hailed the Goalkeeper of Nigeria’s national team on the night, Daniel Akpeyi for keeping a clean sheet.
The former Goalkeeper also stated that they wanted a win even though the draw was not a bad result judging by the way the Ugandans played in the AFCON qualifiers.
