Ikouwem Udo’s Macabi Haifa move worries Enyimba Coach Abd’Allah

Enyimba Boss Usman Abdallah has expressed mixed emotions following the completion of the transfer deal that sees Ikouwem Udoh sign for top Israeli side Maccabi Haifa less than a month to the start of the FIFA U20 world cup in Poland.

Abdallah speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said the Peoples Elephants will miss the Nigeria U20 national team skipper having been a regular with the Aba-based side.
He urged the player to do all he can to make the most of the fresh opportunity to impress and better his career as a footballer.
“We have to be very happy for him, he is progressing and moving forward. I am happy even though we are going to miss him but we all wish him well and we hope he is going to make the best use of this opportunity that he has now.
“And for the team yes we will miss him but we still have some capable legs that can fit in the plan.”
Abdallah finally added that the Peoples Elephant however still have able legs to help fill the void creative by Ikouwem Udoh’s transfer.
