Nigeria defeated Kenya 12-4 in their opening game at African Beach Games on Wednesday and can book a place in the semi-final if the replicate that form in their next game against Djibouti.
The Sand Eagles were inspired by the team’s record goalscorer, Abu Azeez and will turn to him again on Thursday to lead at the Santa Marla beach Park on Thursday.

At the moment though, the Eagles are behind their nemesis, Senegal and the sides are poised to face off in the final group B game on Friday.
