Lobi stars forward Sunday Adetunji has stated that the NPFL side wants a renewed start to their CAF champions league group stage campaign ahead of this Friday’s matchday 3 in group A of the CAF champions league with all four teams leveled on points.
Adetunji speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said Lobi stars have a far bigger drive than merely qualifying out of the group stage and believes that will propel the team to make the advance knockout stages of the competition notwithstanding the current standing of teams in the group.
Lobi stars this Friday host Moroccan side Wydad Casablanca in the first of the doubleheader against the Moroccan side which will go a long way in deciding potential qualifiers from the group.
