° 2 killed by generator fumes
It was triple tragedies at the weekend for the family of Enifeh Akup, 42, of 12, Eruga Street, Aga-Ikorodu, as he allegedly killed his wife, Faith Omomo, 38 and six years old son, Glorious Omomo and thereafter committed suicide in his one-room apartment.
The body of Akup was found hanging on a rope, tied to the ceiling fan, while that of his wife and son were found on the floor.
The bodies were evacuated to the General Hospital for autopsy.
The State Police public relations officer ( PPRO) DSP Bala Elkana confirmed the story saying that investigation was ongoing.
Bala said in a related development, Stanley Omah of No. 46 Olatunji street, ojota, reported at Ojota Police Station that on the same that his brother in laws: Emmanuel John and John Paul were found dead in the shop.
That the victims locked up themselves in the shop were they usually sleep; turn on the Generator in the same shop and slept off. The Scene was visited by Homicide detectives and the bodies were evacuated to General hospital for autopsy. Investigation is ongoing
