Former Governor of Anambra State and running mate to Peoples Democratic Party’s Presidential Candidate for 2019 election, Mr Peter Obi has denied the social media report that he has joined the social media platform, Twitter.
There has been a report which went viral in the social media that barely few hours that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar picked Obi as his running mate, Obi has joined Twitter.
In a swift reaction, Obi has denied the report saying that he is not in the social media platform, Twitter.
Obi in a statement by his media aid, Mr Valentine Obienyem, noted that,
” it was just brought to our notice about a certain Twitter account purportedly handled by the former Governor of Anambra State, Mr Peter Obi. We wish to inform the general public to disregard any twitter account or facebook account bearing his name as he is not on any social media platform “.
