National table tennis coach Nosir Bello has called on Nigerians to pray for luck for the table tennis players as well as to stay injury free as table tennis events gets underway today at the All Africa games.
Bello speaking in a chat with brila.net said the team will need all element of luck required to make some decisions go their way and also stay injury free to avoid any player retiring in a game and been there to honour matches or fixtures as planned.
“The message I have for Nigerians is for them to pray for us not to have any problem when we are playing. In sports there is something they called luck, if you have luck even if you don’t play very well, you earn your luck but if you don’t have luck no matter how you play, there will be little issues that might hinder you not to win. So we ask Nigerians to pray for us and we will not disappoint them.”
