Ndidi delivers Win on the One Year Anniversary since Leicester Owner was killed in Helicopter Crash

Wilfred Ndidi returned to action with Leicester City after the international break and the Nigerian played all 90 minutes as the Foxes picked up an emotional win at the King Power Stadium as they marked the one year anniversary since Owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha died in a Helicopter crash.

Leicester came from a goal down to beat Burnley 2-1, with goals from Jamie Vardy (45′) cancelling out Chris Woods’ opener (26′).

Belgian, Youri Tielemans (74′) gave the Foxes something to celebrate on the somber occasion, when they mourn the five who died in the crash, with the match winner.

For Ndidi, it was his eight league appearance and another full minutes played in the heart of the midfield, putting in a good shift.

The Nigeria International scored a 7.3 rating per Whoscored.com , won 5 aerial balls, 3 tackles and another food performance to help Brendan Rodgers’ men continue on their fine start to the new season.
