The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has payed all the outstanding allowances owed the Super Eagles players, coaches and backroom staff for the past three matches.
It was revealed that the FA has now cleared all outstanding for the back to back AFCON qualifying games against Libya in Uyo, in Tunisia and the game against Seychelles in Victoria, taking total bill played to about N98m.
The Nigeria Football Governing body has reportedly struggled to pay the allowances due to delay of its grants from the Government and has to reach out to sponsors to rescue the situation.
Eagles are back in the African Cup of Nations after they secured 1:1 draw in Johannesburg to stay on top of 2019 AFCON qualifier Group B with 10 points from five games.
