Niger Tornadoes to begin pre-season training camp in Abuja

NPFL side Niger Tornadoes Football club will travel to Abuja for close camping on Wednesday in order to continue their preparation ahead of the 2018/19 NPFL season.

 

The chief coach of the team Bernard Ogbe said the camping will allow the squad to work together and understand what the technical crew wants from them.

 

The former mighty Jets handler also revealed that the ten days camping will help the new players to be integrated into the Minna based side proper before the season kick-off.

 

“We are traveling to Abuja for a very rigorous close camping; we decided to organize the close camping for the team to put what they have learned in theory to practices it on the field of play.

 

“We have a big task ahead of us, because we want to raise a squad that should be the envy of all by the time the season kicks off.”

 

“We hope to play some few friendly matches in Abuja to keep us busy before the start of the season. He told the club media.
