Nigeria has won her second gold medal at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
Folashade Lawal delivered Nigeria another gold in the Weightlifting event this Sunday.
Lawal, the National champion, finished on top of the standing in the Women’s 59KG event.
She also set a new Commonwealth Games record with a combined 206KG in the process.
Folashade Lawal has now won medal at the National Youth Games, National Sports Festival, and All African games African Champion.
