Former Super Eagles defender Taribo West has stated that Nigeria needs to be more observant and wary of having its national team go through mysterious attacks that come up most times ahead of any major tournament.
West speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said this has happened many times going to a major championship that Nigeria now needs to take it seriously and guard against having to deal with that again which is what must be sorted and avoided moving forward.
West made 42 caps for Nigeria between 1994 and 2005, taking part in two World Cups and two African Championships. He also represented his country at the 1996 Olympics, winning a gold medal.
