NPFL has improved and should be on TV, says Ogunbote

One of the most respected coaches in the Nigerian League Gbenga Ogunbote has highlighted the obvious improvement in the Nigeria Professional Football League this season.

The Lobi Stars manager also heaped praises on the organizers but noted that they should find a means to visualize the league for proper exposure.
In a chat with www.Cornerstonenewsng.comafter the Management of the Nigeria Football Federation released a communique about the future of the league season post covid19, Ogunbote said professionalism has come to stay in the NPFL.
“You will agree with me without mincing words that, there are a lot of improvements as regards officiating with what we’ve seen so far this season before the covid19 break
“Officiating breaks and Mar a game and with what we have seen this season it shows that we are improving.
“For the league to be universally acceptable, we have to be on TV, so, I think the organizers should work on that. “he said.
