Nwora attributes D’Tigers lacklustre outing in Abidjan to fatigue

Alex Nwora has attributed the lacklustre outing of Nigeria’s men basketball national team D’Tigers to fatigue and lack of preparation after the team posted just one win in three games at the just concluded final window of the 2019 FIBA world cup Africa qualifiers Group F in Abidjan Côte d’ivoire.
Nwora it was scooped by www.brila.netspeaking on the team’s performance said the team struggled because of late arrivals and that the team couldn’t train beyond a day as a complete group before the commencement of hostilities at the last qualifying window.
He however added that he will work on noticeable grey areas in the team where the team struggled a lot in their shooting and a bit porous in defence.
Nigeria having secured qualification to the world cup from the penultimate window in Lagos ended up as Africa’s number 1 finishing top of group F on better points difference after been tied on point with Senegal and emerged with a better point difference over Tunisia also from group E.
