Odion Ighalo has admitted he is tempted to return to the English Premier League again, but his with Chinese Super league side Shanghai Shenhua is the major stumbling block.
The forward excelled in the jersey of Watford before he jumped the ship to the Asian country with Changchun Yatai where his goals was unable to save the Club from relegation.
The former Nigerian international was then linked with a move to Barcelona, but decided to remain in China by joining Shanghai Shenhua with whom he won his first career title.
With the Chinese league presently on break , reports has once again linked the 2019 Afcon golden boot winner with a return to the Premier league, and the striker in exclusive interview told Cornerstonenewsng.comthat a return to the English football is possible.
“The Premier League is the best in the World and of course I would love to go back, with Watford or any other team, but I have a contract with Shanghai (Shenhua) and we’ll see how it goes.” He told Brila.net
