Super Eagles midfielder Ogenyi Onazi has joined Turkish Super Lig side Denizlispor and has been included in the squad to face former Club Trabzonspor.
The 27-year-old, who could make his debut for Denizlispor against his former club in the Turkish Cup at the Medical Park Arena on Thursday (today) , vowed to give his best if handed his debut.
“I’m a professional and I will carry out my duties as one when I am called to. Trabzonspor were good to me and I will never forget the love they showered on me.
“I already have a special place in my heart for each and every one of you. I wish you all happiness because you all deserve to be happy and good luck for the rest of the season.”
Onazi struggled for regular first-team football this season after his return from an Achilles injury suffered in December 2018.
