Super Eagles young forward, Henry Onyekuru has expressed his delight after receiving a rousing welcome on his arrival to Galatasaray pre-season camp in Switzerland.
Onyekuru is on a season-long loan deal with the Turkish champions, joined his team in Switzerland for pre-season and was warmly received as per ScoreNigeria.
“I was well received on my arrival here by officials, teammates and fans,” he stated.
“It is a good feeling for me, the atmosphere is good. Most especially the fans, I was overwhelmed with the way they have accepted me.
“They are just amazing with their show of love towards me.”
Onyekuru will be paid £37,000 a-week which is £148,000 a month. This wage is without league and Champions League bonuses
The 21-year-old forward scored nine goals in 19 games for Anderlecht last season where he was on loan from Premier League side Everton.
