Onyemaobi assuage the plight of Heartland players and coaches

General manager of Nigeria Professional Football League side Heartland FC Godson Onyemaobi has assuaged the plight of players and coaches of Heartland FC who are been owed backlogs of salaries to exercise patience while they expect funds from the Government.

Onyemaobi speaking in a chat with  www.brila.net said the current situation of things at the club is unfortunate but one that was occasioned by the change of Government and administration in the state.
He added that the management have compiled the names of players and all those affected and assured that as soon as the Government release fund, the players and coaches will all have their entitlements paid.
“I’m not the one who owns the club. The club is been funded by the Government. They have not released money when they release money very soon we will pay everybody. It’s a simple matter when the Government release money we will pay them, already we have compiled their name, we must surely pay them we must. It’s quite unfortunate that all these problems started as a result of the change in Government and all that.”
