Super Falcons and Avant Guingamp of France forward, Desire Oparanozie has revealed her most memorable moment in the colours of Nigeria.
Speaking as a guest on Brila Fm, the former Bayelsa Queens striker said every moment in the Green and White Jersey is beautiful.
“After further pressure, Oparanozie was forced to disclose the most memorable moment which was in the 2016 African Women Cup of Nations in Cameroon where she scored the only and winning goal.
Desire netted the winner for the Super Falcons in the 85th minute to hand Nigeria their 10th AWCON title right there in front of a massive 40,000 Capacity.
The 24-year-old forward said it is a thing of joy to have gotten the winner in the game that has the highest capacity of fans in a single women’s football match in Africa.
