FC Midtjylland of Denmark and Super Eagles striker, Paul Ebere Onuachu has revealed that his main target this season is to become the first team striker for the club this season, despite reports linking him with other clubs.
With 3 matches already played so far, Onuachu is currently having an extended break after his exploits with the Eagles at the just concluded AFCON in Egypt, where he picked up bronze with the rest of the team.
Speaking with www.brila.net, the lanky striker also added that be is already ready to adapt to any situation, even if he has to come from the bench sometimes during the course of the season.
“Every strikers dream is to score goals and set targets for themselves. Am looking for the opportunity to take the first starting shirt in the attacking lineup so as to score goals and help the team”.
“But at the same time, I can’t say for sure because sometimes you have to come from the bench, but at the same time, you just have to take the challenge the way you see it”.
