Philip Auta of Abia Warriors praised the Club’s technical crew and his teammates for their impressive performance against Rivers United.
The player who was voted as the man of the match against his former side explained that playing against a great team like Rivers United is always difficult.
“We played according to the instructions of our manager. We came to Port Harcourt to win but all the same draw against United is not a bad result,” he said.
Abia Warriors is one of the impressive side in the league this season, but Auta insists that his side must stay humble through out the course of the season and grind out the needed results.
