Plateau State FA Women League: Lynxes Couldn’t Roar As Gotaks Tame Them From Reaching The Finals

A brace from the boots of Precious Jalla, Chaplain Lok, and an own goal by Eve Edebor were more than enough for Gotaks Girls FC of Mangu local government area to book the final ticket at the expense of Mees Palace Lynxes of Jos South LGA, beating the Blue Panthers as they are fondly called, 4-2.

Daniel Lot and Princess Philip got the consolatory goals for Mees Palace Lynxes.

It will be another explosive encounter today in the second semi-final of the ongoing Plateau State FA Women League as an experienced Tin City Queens, yet to concede a goal thus far, will tackle a Pankshin United Girls team that scores with reckless abandon, putting five past Jazzy Stars Damsels in the last group match they had already booked their semi-final ticket.

If Tin City Queens are relying on their sharpshooter, Mary Godim, who is the highest goal scorer in the competition thus far with 9 goals, Pankshin United Girls team also have a very reliable goal poacher, Nenrot Kitkat who is second on the goals scorers chart with 6 goals.

This second semi-final match will be played today at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium at 3pm.
