Plateau United ready for any proposed ending to the league – Omoyele

Plateau United striker Tosin Omoyele has stated that the Jos based Premier league side and league leaders are ready for any possible or proposed ending to the league season as the 2019/2020 league season still stands undecided in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Omoyele speaking in a chat with brila.net said he earnestly hope and pray like every other Nigerian player to see the Covid-19 pandemic end so players can return to playing football.
He, however, stressed that he would also love to see the league title handed to his club Plateau united in the event of not enough time to play and end the season.
“We just pray that this Covid-19 should end quickly. If there is still a lot of time, we are the one topping the league, of course, we have people behind us. I hope if there is no much time, they should just hand the league to us but if there is enough time to play, they can still open up like people should come and play and we see the champion.”
