Preseason: Ndidi Gets Very Good Rating In Leicester Win Vs Sevilla

ndidi

Wilfred Ndidi got a very good rating for his performance for Leicester City who pipped Sevilla 1-0 in Sunday’s preseason game.

The rating which was for every Leicester player who featured against Sevilla, was done by Leicester Mercury.

Ndidi has been out of action since March this year with injury which saw him miss the 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Ghana.

But he has returned to action for the Foxes in their preseason games and was impressive in the win against Sevilla.

And following his display, Leicester Mercury rated Ndidi seven out of 10.

And commenting on Ndidi, Leicester Mercury wrote:”Stepped in to intercept at multiple moments around the pitch. He looked far more energetic than you would expect of someone who had only played 60 minutes since March, which bodes well for the new season.”

Ndidi and his Leicester teammates will kickoff the new Premier League season at home against Brentford.
