Nigerian striker Taiwo Awoniyi was on target for his Club Royal Excel Mouscron as they drew 1-1 with Standard Liege in the Belgian league on Friday.
It was the sixth goal of the season for the former Golden Eagletstriker who’s enjoying one of his best season in Europe at the moment.
Awoniyi who’s on loan from English Premier League side Liverpool has make seventh appearance for Mouscron this season scored in the 60th minute to rescue a point for his adopted side .
The former had earlier struggle to make impact while at Genk but his season took a sensational turn around when he rejoinedMouscron in January.
The 21 year old has now scored six goals and assisted 2 in seven appearances for Mouscron this season.
