Rivers Hoopers to participate in inaugural Afro basketball league against all odds – Ogoh

Coach of Nigeria and FIBA Africa Zone 3 basketball clubs champion Rivers Hoopers Ogoh Odaudu has confirmed that his side are now ready to participate at the inaugural edition of the newly introduced FIBA Afro basketball league as Hoopers depart on match day to Morocco.

Ogoh speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said it is tough and difficult but that they now have to do the job the hard way which is the only way as they get set to land in Morocco a little over 6hrs to the first match in the group which comes up later by 6:30 pm this evening.
The assistant D’Tigers coach said he has spoken with the players and urge them all to get their mind refocussed back to competing in Morocco after almost pulling out of the competition.
