The Nigeria Sand Eagles led by Abu Azeez are due to arrive Sal, Cape Verde ahead of the resumption of hostilities at the African Beach Games.
A team of 9 players were registered in the competition that also has African Champions Senegal and the likes of Equatorial Guinea, Morocco, Algeria, Kenya, Djibouti and host nation Cape Verde.
On Saturday, Azeez posted on update on the team’s arrival at the Lome Airport where they will connect a flight to Senegal en route the Island nation of Cape Verde.
