Samuel Chukwueze delivered again for Villarreal in La Liga, scoring a vital winner against Girona to boost the Yellow submarines survival in the top flight.
Chukwueze’s goal in the 7th minute at the Estadi Montilivi was enough to secure three points and propel Villarreal to 15th in the table, and two points to safety.
Sunday’s goal was the Nigerian’s fifth of the league season, with two assists to bring his goals involvement for the club to seven this term.
The pacy attacker himself played just 75 minutes in his 21st league appearance, the goal comes after the last one he got against Barcelona where he gave a scintillating performance.
