U20 AFCON: Flying Eagles hosts Niger, South Africa and Burundi

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria has been drawn in the Group A of the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations billed for the Republic of Niger in February 2019 against Hosts Niger, South Africa, and Burundi.

The draw took place at Entre Technique de la Fenifoot in Niamey on Thursday, Dec 13, 2018.

 

The Paul Aigbogun side are placed in Group A alongside hosts Niger, South Africa and Burundi and will play their group matches in the Nation’s capital Niamey.

 

Group B is made up of Senegal, Mali  Burkina Faso, and three-time champions Satellites of Ghana, they will play their games in the city of Maradi.

 

Tournament which serves as the  qualifiers to the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland later in the year starts 2nd February and ends 17th February, 2019.
