Newly promoted German Bundesliga side Union Berlin have secured the services of Nigerian striker Suleiman Abdullahi permanently from Eintracht Braunschweig.
The 22-year-old joined the German based on loan at the beginningof last season and he went on to help the team achieved their objectives of reaching the elite division.
The Nigerian forward scored just twice in 19 league in the Urs Fischer’s road to secure promotion to the German top-flight.
However, Abdullahi says he is delighted to continue with the Club next season .
“I’m very happy to continue playing for FC Union Berlin,” Abdullahi told club website.
“It was a good year for me and I’m looking forward to the new season and the Bundesliga.
