On-loan AC Milan striker Gonzalo Higuain is seemingly due to arrive at Chelsea’s training ground near Cobham on Wednesday (January 23) for a medical ahead of another loan transfer.
The 31-year-old has been heavily linked with a move, and media reports have suggested that the Argentine has now touched down in England.
He will be heading to The Blues’ training ground – actually located in Stoke Road in Stoke D’Abernon – to put the finishing touches to his move.
It is hoped by the club that he will be signed in time to play against Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday (January 24).
