The Youth Sports Federation Of Nigeria YSFON has finalised arrangement towards improving the Technical ability of Grassroots coaches in Nigeria through the Train The Trainer football Coaching clinic

In a release signed by the National Secretary Olorogun Patrick Okpavuerhe and made available to journalists,YSFON says its highly committed towards adding value to the profession of grassroots coaches in the Country

Okpavuerhe revealed that the Coaching Clinic is an important ingredient in the life of the coaches, since their effort is the tonic youth footballers need to excel in their chosen career

In his reaction President of YSFON Dr Nasir Yusuf Gawuna says the TTT is part of the 2020 programme of activities as approved by the Central Working Committee in kano and would take place across the Six Geo-Political Zones

Gawuna Says the Grassroots Football Coaching Clinic is basically to equip Nigerian Coaches with modern techniques at the grassroots and effective Knowledge on robust talent hunt and management

All Zonal Vice Presidents and State Chairmen have been directed to choose formidable venues especially centers with fully equipped facilities like Stadia, good pitches,decent accommodation, lecture halls,training kits, T-shits and writing materials for all participants.They will all be presented with certificates at the end of the three months event

Going by the release, the programme will kick off in the North West on the 26th-29th of October, North East 3rd-4th of November. North Central 9th -10th November .South-West 16th-19th November while South East will round off from 23rd -24th of November

YSFON Technical Director Alhaji Abdulgafar Agboola has promised that the TTT programme will afford the Grassroots Coaches the Opportunity to meet their seasoned colleagues and brighten their chances of growth in their chosen career.
