Nigeria player, Yusuf Lawal, is ready to take every measure to claim his financial entitlements from his former Belgian club KSC Lokeren.
KSC Lokeren was declared bankrupt and reportedly went into administration on April 20, but controversies erupted when it was announced two days later that the club has formed an alliance with another Belgian side Temse under the name KSC Lokeren-Tempe.
The former 36 Lion winger who made his professional debut for Lokeren in a 3-0 Belgian First Division A win over Eupen on 14 April 2018, is reportedly ready to take legal action against the club in order to claim all his entitlements.
The 22-year-old spent four seasons with the club who are reportedly owing debts estimated at 5 million euros ($5.3 million) with unpaid players wages and chargeable dues to suppliers.
Meanwhile, Lawal is free to any other club as a free agent, and reports claimed the pacy winger would prefer moving to a better league in order to enhance his chances of earning call up to the national team.
