Principality outfit, AS Monaco have posted a statement on their Official Twitter account to declare Manager Leonardo Jardim is not the head coach anymore.
Roberto Martinez’s assistant for the Belgian national team, Thierry Henry is the favourite candidate to replace him after turning down Championship side Aston Villa.
Monaco currently lie 18th in the table with just one win from their opening nine league fixtures.
The former Arsenal striker has a strong link with the principality side. He graduated from Monaco’s academy to play 141 games for the club, winning the Ligue 1 title in 1996-97.
