CAF CC: Rangers out to redeem Nigeria’s image – Ezeaku

Rangers Team manager Amobi Ezeaku has stated that the Flying Antelopes are out once again on the continent just to simply redeem Nigeria’s image by winning ahead of the team’s CAF Confederation cup playoff round tie away to Lesotho’s Bantu FC on Sunday.

Ezeaku told www.brila.net shortly before the team’s departure on Thursday that they are motivated alongside Nigeria’s CAF champions league representative Lobi stars to reclaim Nigeria’s lost position in African club football having lost spots on the continent with the poor performance of NPFL clubs recently.
Ezeaku said the team is however determined to keep going and doesn’t intend to lose their unbeaten run any time soon although wouldn’t also be carried away with that.
