Enugu Rangers Winger Kelvin Itoya insists that the Club will have to win their matches if they are to make it to the make it out of Group stage of the CAF Confederations Cup, starting with Sunday’s game against Salitas of Burkina Faso.
Itoya speaking ahead of crunch tie said the Flying Antelopes can’t afford to drop points at home and the team needs the supportersbehind them to get the job done.
“We are well prepared for the game (against Salitas). It is a home game and we have to make it count,”
“In this competition if you are to go further you have to win the home games, the players are ready and I’m confident we will score in the tie but we can’t do it alone.“
“We need the fans behind us and I urge everyone to come tomorrow and give us the push we need,” Itoya stated.
The former Warri Wolves player added that he’s not worried with super sub tag given to him by fans, but he’s happy to help his team whenever the Coach calls.
