0ver 60 terrorists die during clash between Boko Haram/ ISWAP


A Boody war between two terrorists groups, Boko Haram and the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP, have claimed more than 60 terrorists in Borno State.
According to the counter-insurgency Journal, Zagazola Makama, a violent conflict in Borno resulted in casualties for both Boko Haram and the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) organizations.

The Journal reports that several leaders from both groups were killed during a fierce battle near Tumbum Ali Island in Marte LGA on Saturday at around 2:00 pm.
Earlier, on Wednesday, ISWAP launched an attack on Boko Haram fighters in Duguri, Kukawa LGA of Borno, resulting in the death of several Boko Haram commanders, as stated by Zagazola Makama.

“At least 41 fighters from the Jamā’at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da’wah wa’l-Jihād, Boko Haram and the Islamic State of West African Province (ISWAP), including commanders killed after an infighting that broke out Wednesday in the north east of Borno state,” the publication reads.
