2019 AFCON: Mutiu Adepoju wants Foreign based Eagles to Step Up

Former Super Eagles midfielder, Mutiu Adepoju has charged Ahmed Musa, Alex Iwobi and co to replicate their impressive club forms in the National team.

Several Nigerian players have been in top form for their respective clubs and Adepoju believes if they remain professional and showed similar commitment in the nation’s colors, the Eagles will soar to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

Nigeria is third in Group E behind Libya and South Africa, the Super Eagles can move into the top two; and improve their chance of returning to the AFCON if they edge the Mediterranean Knights over two legs in this Month’s qualifiers.
