Rivers Hoopers Manager Odaudu Ogoh has stated that the Porthacourt based side will fortify their team with new additions ahead of hostilities in the new FIBA Africa Basketball league which begins next month in different African cities.
Ogoh speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said as part of ways to ensure they field a formidable squad, they have been in talks with some Nigerian clubs to have some players join them in their quest to make a significant mark on the continent after almost 10 years of making a return.
Nigeria’s Rivers Hoopers emerged winners of the FIBA Africa Zone 3 qualifiers to pick the first of two tickets in the zone with another Nigerian club Civil defense picking the other ticket.
