Former Super Eagles winger Victor Moses was on the losing side as the Turkish Super Lig clash between his side Fenerbahce and Kayserispor ended by a lone goal.
Moses who scored his first goal for the Turkish Giants last week was introduced in the second half of the game by manager Ersun Yana, after former Tottenham Hotspurs striker Roberto Soldado was recarded for a reckless challenge on Kayerispor’s Oleksandr Kucher .
The introduction of Moses could not prevent the Caneries from going down as Kayerispor’s Artem Kravets scored the only goal of the game with three minute remaining from the nineties.
There was still time for another Fenerbahce’s red card as Tolgay Arslan was sent off on the with a minute left on the additional time of three minutes in the ill tempered game.
The defeat left Fenerbahce in the 13th position with 23 points.
Moses and his teammates will now gear up for next week’s Europa League clash against Zenit Saint Petersburg.
