Abia Warriors’ winger Metuh recounts 2-year injury lay-off

Abia Warriors winger, Chigozerim Metuh has expressed gratitude to God and well-wishers for the support he received while he was out injured for almost two years.

The former ABS of Ilorin player in a chat with brila.net recounted his ordeal while he was out injured but says he is glad to be back.
“I thank God for everything because the injury layoff was not easy. I was playing for ABS at the time I had the injury in a game against Kano Pillars. I was down for almost two years but I’m happy to be back and playing again.
Some players have gone through similar injuries and don’t return to the game but I’m glad to be back to football though I have to admit, it is not easy but I must keep pushing”, he stated.
Chigozerim suffered a major setback that took him out of football for almost two years.
